The Bhavan Center for Communication and Management (BCCM) under the aegis of Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan offers a 2 year full time Post Graduate Diploma in Management (PGDM) approved by AICTE.

Prof. Anup Kumar Samantaray Prof. Anup Kumar Samantaray is the Principal and professor in the area of General Management and Business Law. He has Master degree in Commerce from Utkal University followed by LL.B and Ph.D. from Utkal University.
Prof. Samantaray started his professional career as a Lecturer in Management in Regional College of Management, Bhubaneswar. Due to his eminent personality and hard working attitude he got several promotions starting from Senior Lecturer to Registrar and has 23 years of rich experience in Management. Prof. Samantaray has undertaken research work in the area of Finance entitled “A study on the Behaviour of Corporate Earnings, Dividends and Stock Prices”. He has published several books like Organisational Behaviour- India Tech, New Delhi, Business Law- Himalaya Publishing House, New Delhi and Management Strusture & Process- Himalaya Publishing House, New Delhi.

Prof. Sanjeev Hota Prof. Sanjeev Hota the vice-principal and Associate professor, HR, OB, & Marketing, Bhavan's Centre For Communication and Management Bhubaneswar, holds Master degree in Management from XIM, Bhubaneswar. He is pursuing his Ph.D. in HR
under Utkal University in the topic “Learning Organization Issues and Challenges-The Indian Experience”. Prof. Hota has more than 22 years of experience i.e., more than 14 years of experience in the field of Academics & 8 years of Industrial experience in Office Automation, Consulting, and Time share industry etc. He has devised and marketed several training modules and has contributed to the productivity of the organizations. He has worked through efficient process planning with an objective to bring improvement. His other areas of interest are Organization Development, Learning Organization, Service Marketing & Strategic Management and have published papers in journals and magazines and has been part of various conferences, workshops at regional and national level

Prof. T. N Shukla Prof. Trilok Nath Shukla is faculty member in the field of Finance, HR, OM,Business statistics and Business research methodology.Prior to joining Bhavan's Centre for Communication and Management Bhubaneswar, he was working as
country head and Chief Operating Officer (COO) in logistics and has an industrial experience of more then 17 years in diversified sectors like mining, information technology, software and logistics. Prof. Shukla is Msc Tech from IIT, Roorkee with MBA, MBF,LLB,PG Diploma in Labour Law and CFA. His other areas of interest are project planning, Financial market and quantitative analysis.

Prof. P. P Sarangi Prof. Pragyan P. Sarangi is a faculty member in the area of Finance. She is an MBA with specialisation in Finance & Marketing from Regional College of Management, Bhubaneswar. She is persuing her Ph.D. Programme in Finance under Utkal University,
working on “Stock Market Anamolies and efficiency: some related issues” She has a teaching experience of 5 Years in the area of Finance & Marketing. Her areas of interest are Security analysis and Portfolio management, Derivatives, Marketing, Customer relationship management, Sales & distribution management, Advertising & sales promotion

Prof. Subrat Swain Prof. Subrat Swain is a faculty member in the area of IT & Marketing. Prof. Subrat Swain has done his MBA, Msc & GNIIT program from Delhi. He has more than 11 years of rich & varied experience, both from
Industry & Academic sector. Prior to Bharatiya Vidya Bhavan, he served Machine Tool India Ltd as a System Analyst. Presently, he is pursuing his Phd program from SOA University under the guidance of Dr J Mahapatra & Dr Surjya Misra. His recent topic was on the article “How internet has changed the concept of Advertising”. His teaching interests are IT for Managers, Managerial Computing, Management Information System, Network Security & Management, Consumer Behavior, Advertising & Sales promotion, Customer Relationship Management, Product & Brand management

Prof. Sonali Beura Prof. Mrs. Sonali Beurais a faculty in the area of Human Resource Management. She has Master Degree in Management from Institute of Business and Computer Studies under ’SOA’ University. Prof. Beura started her
professional career in BCCM and has three years of experience. Her area of interest are Organizational Behaviour,Labour Legislation, Human Resource Planning, Performance Management, Compensation Management and Training and Development.

Prof Mrs. S.M.Choudhury Prof Mrs. S.M.Choudhuryis a faculty member in the area of Human Resource Management. She is MBA from RCEM, Bhubaneswar and is perusing her Ph.D. programme in “Knowledge Management at NALCO” she has also done her
PGDCA in computer from Data pro Info world Limited. Prof S.M.Choudhury is having more then 4 years of academic experience in “PJ institute of Management” and “IILM Business School, Bhubaneswar”. She has also done the recruitment job for “TRUPTI” project. She has presented a number of papers which includes a paper on “Corporate Leadership Challenges: An insight to knowledge work, Managing Diversity & changing the values of work life balance”. She has also published paper on “Managing Knowledge worker effectively & efficiently”. Her areas of interest are Organizational Behaviour, Human Resource Management, Industrial Relation, performance management, Training and Development and Human Resource planning.

Prof Chumki Chatterjee Prof. Miss. Chumki Chatterjee is a faculty, in the area of OB, LL & Marketing Management. She holds her Master Degree in Management from Asian School of Business Management, Bhubaneswar.
Prof. Chatterjee started her professional career with industry. Prior to joining Bhavan's Centre for Communication and Management Bhubaneswar, She was working with IT solution PVT.Ltd. for more than a year. Her areas of interest are Organization Development, Training and Development, Performance Management system, Human Resource planning and Marketing.

Prof. Siddharth S. Kanungo Prof. Siddharth S. Kanungo is a faculty member in the area of Finance. Prior to joining Bhavan's Centre For Communication and Management Bhubaneswar, he was associated with Koustuv Business School in a similar capacity.
He has over 7 years of rich & varied experience from Industry as well as Academics. He was associated with companies like Wipro and Bharti Airtel Group. He holds a Master degree in Management from KIIT School of Management, Bhubaneswar. He is pursuing M.Phil (Business Administration) from Global Open University, Dimapur and Master in Business Laws from National Law School of India University, Bangaluru. His areas of academic and research interest include Managerial Finance, Financial Accounting, Business Laws, Mergers & Acquisitions, Business Strategies etc. He has research publications in national and international journals.
