Dr. Kailash Chandra Mishra
Prof. Kailash Chandra Mishra is Professor Emeritus in the area of Insurance & Finance Management at BCCM, Bhubaneswar.
Prof. K. C. Mishra, a Gold medalist in Physics, holds an MBA, CAIIB, and Doctor of Literature degree in Financial Management.
He has more than five decades of experience in teaching, research and academic administration, holding leadership positions at SP Jain Institute of Management as Dean cum Director and at the Lal Bahadur Shastri Institute of Management as Director. He has taught at world’s topmost Business Schools, such as Harvard, Columbia, Yale, Wharton, Connecticut University and Manchester University. He has made exceptional contribution in academic leadership, and served as the Founder Vice-Chancellor of Sri Sri University, Cuttack.
His achievements range from authoring more than 14 books on Insurance and Financial Management to developing Management Frameworks and in advisory roles, extending his expertise to Government institutions including SEBI, RBI, ASCI, SBI, NIASOM, and the office of the CAG, as well as for foreign institutions like the World Bank.
He is a Member of Board of Governors, Bhavan’s Centre for Communication and Management (BCCM), Bhubaneswar.
