Prof. Subrat Swain
Mr Subrat Swain is an Associate Professor in the area of IT & Marketing at BCCM, Bhubaneswar.
Mr Swain is a passionate teacher & IT consultant with more than 21 years of experience in the Industry & Academic field. He holds triple master’s degree in the field of Management (MBA), Information Technology (MCA) & Environment Science (MSc). Currently he is pursuing his doctoral programme at Sri Sri University Cuttack. He has undergone many certificate courses in the area of information technology such as Diploma in Client Server Technology, Diploma in Hardware & Networking, Diploma in Graphic Designing, MCSE, JIRA certification etc.
He started his professional career at Interlink Information System Pvt Ltd in the year 2000. Subsequently he joined Machine Tools India Ltd, New Delhi as System Analyst and served there till 2007. For a short stint he joined at Wipro as a Programmer Analyst.
After having a decade of experience in corporate, he started his academic journey at Bhavan’s Centre for Communication, Bhubaneswar from 2008 as an Assistant professor and continued up to 2019. Later, he joined Srusti Academy of Management as an Asst. Professor in Marketing. In due course, he returned back to industry and joined WilhLoesch India Pvt Ltd as a Team leader and worked for various projects related to Supply Chain & Logistics Management. During his time at Willoesch he dealt with software projects and international clients. Having rich experience in Industry Mr Swain rejoined BCCM, Bhubaneswar as Assistant Professor.
He has published many papers in national and international journals of repute, and also presented papers at national & international conferences. He has conducted a number of training programs in CRM Dynamics, Business Central, TNT, TSCM, Synthesia(AI), Jira, Angular, PHP, Prezi Etc.He is a consultant to many IT and ITES firms including Dahlia Technologies Pvt Ltd.
